When it comes to council minions they are the eyes and ears of the council spread from one end of the estate to the other however, when those ears don’t have their hearing aids on and cannot see any further than the end of their noise there is bound to be some bullshit.
As many of you may already know I live in a one bedroom ground floor flat here a Waterlooville which comes with my own private garden which was fenced off by Portsmouth City Council with your typical cheap ass fencing the council use which people can clearly see through which was made clear upon meeting 2 of the most interfering neighbours I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to meet, from the time I first meet them they made a point of stopping and looking through the gaps in the fencing and passing unwanted comments, opinions and advice on some of the most ridiculous topics but always about something that I have done in my garden and yes I do mean everything even cutting my grass was turned into a debate.
I understand that people of the older generation have a lot of wisdom to hand out and yes I appropriate all of the wisdom that people have given me in the past however, anything from this pair is either a ridiculous complaint or a dilution that they expect you to believe for example I change my front door lock to a digital one and got told to me make sure that the council know the code because according to him Portsmouth City Council have a key to everyone property.
I am no snowflake who takes offence or will lose any sleep over peoples opinions of me, what I do or what i have in my life however, when they approach Portsmouth City Council with their opinions and Portsmouth City Council treats them as genuine complaints and investigate me but when I have a complaint about noise, harassment or the use of drugs they are not interested in the slightest just goes to show that with Portsmouth City Council if your face fits and your willing to be a council minion we will do what ever you want.
